The seller on this website is Haklaut VeEnergia (Agriculture and Energy), Company No. 515010981, 1 HaOren, Sde Hemed, the official importer of Pilio82 olive oil in Israel. Products are sold and shipped from within Israel.
Cancelling an order before receiving the product
You may cancel an order at any time before the product is delivered to you, and receive a full refund.
Cancelling after receiving the product
You may cancel the transaction within 14 days of receiving the product, under the following conditions:
- The product has not been opened.
- The original packaging is intact and the seal has not been broken.
For food safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products.
Returns are made by delivery or pickup, coordinated with us in advance. Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the original payment method. In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or 100 ILS, whichever is lower, may be deducted.
Defective or incorrect product
If you received a defective product (for example, a damaged tin or bottle, or a leak), or a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of receiving it, preferably with a photo. We will replace the product or refund the full amount at no cost to you. Collection of the defective product will be coordinated with us in advance.
