AnswerFor best quality, we recommend consuming the oil within 12-18 months from the harvest date and enjoying it as fresh as possible.

AnswerYes. Pilio82 is bottled in dark glass bottles to protect the oil from light and preserve its quality. We also provide a 750 ml and 5 liter tin can that keeps the oil at complete darkness.
